Who I am

I'm Raul and RAULBINAR is my site, where I show my projects, articles and services. I work from Romania.

Using the site

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious content, access data or accounts that aren't yours, or disrupt how it works or its security. Don't copy its content in bulk or scrape it without my permission.

The AI chat

The chat is my AI assistant. It knows my services and products and quickly helps you with information about them. It can make small mistakes, so whatever we agree in writing (the quote or contract) takes precedence.

Accounts

If part of the site asks you for an account, you're responsible for what happens in it and for keeping your sign-in secure. I may suspend or close an account used to abuse the site, and you can ask for yours to be closed at any time.

Client projects

Information on the site about services and prices isn't a binding offer. Every paid project has its own written quote or agreement, which sets the price, deadlines, what's delivered and who owns the result, and takes precedence over these terms.

Purchases

Before you pay, you see what you get, the full price and how it's delivered. If payment goes through a sales platform, its terms also apply to payment, taxes and refunds.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason (OUG 34/2014). For digital content delivered right away, you lose this right once delivery starts, but only if you asked for immediate delivery and confirmed you know this.

If what you bought doesn't work as described, write to me and I'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as the law requires.

Intellectual property

The site's content (text, graphics, pixel art, logo, code) is mine or used with permission and can't be reused without my written consent. Products come with the licence shown on their page, and rights to client work are set in each project's agreement.

External links

The site links to other sites and services. I don't control them and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle data.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". I work to keep it accurate and online, but I can't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

Changes

I may update these terms; the current version is always here, with the date updated at the top. Purchases already made stay under the terms that applied then.

If something goes wrong

Write to me and we'll sort it out together. If you're a consumer, you always keep the protection your country's law gives you, and in Romania you can also turn to ANPC (anpc.ro).
