In short: I collect as little as I can, only what's needed to answer you and to deliver what you ask for. I never sell your data, and statistics cookies only run if you accept them.
Who I am
I'm Raul and RAULBINAR is my site, where I show my projects and services. I work from Romania. For anything about your data, write to me at [email protected]
What I collect and why
When you write to me (form, email or chat): what you send, so I can reply.
When you create an account: the profile details from the service you sign in with (name, email, picture), so you can log in.
When you buy something: what's needed for the order and the invoice. Payment is made on the payment platform; I never see your card details.
When you accept statistics cookies: how the site is used (pages viewed, time on site, where visitors come from).
Always: technical data (IP address, browser, time of request), kept briefly by the servers for security.
Legal basis (GDPR): your request or our contract for messages, accounts and purchases; legal obligations for invoices; legitimate interest for security; your consent for statistics.
The AI chat
Chat answers are written by an AI model, through a specialised provider. I don't keep your conversations; your browser keeps the latest messages for a short while, so the chat doesn't restart when you change pages. Just please don't write passwords or card details there.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in with Google, I only receive your basic profile (name, email, picture, account ID), use it only to identify you and run your account, and have no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or other Google data.
This data is not sold, not used for advertising or to train AI models, and not shared, except where needed to run the service or required by law. Its use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed: messages until your request is handled, account data until you close the account, invoices as long as the law requires, and technical data for a few days.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct, delete or download your data, to restrict or object to its use and to withdraw your consent. I'll reply as soon as I can. Write to me at [email protected]
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
Children
The site isn't meant for children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this policy changes, the new version goes up here with the date updated at the top.
